Dedicated Account Management Team

VMBC recognizes that helping our clients to be successful will also drive our success. In order to ensure that success, we assign each client a dedicated account management team. Having served clients in the e-marketing space for over 10 years, we feel strongly that a dedicated, campaign execution team is an important component of driving our clients' satisfaction.

While some companies tend to use less experienced personnel to provide client support, VMBC takes a different approach. We hire only experienced, well educated, highly capable project managers to serve in these important roles, as we consider them to be critical in driving client success.

Some of the functions of your Account Team include:

  • an ongoing, personal contact for the client team
  • continuous day-to-day support of your account overall
  • project updating and reporting
  • liaison to other VMBC support staff, including technical team members
  • coordination of training on VMBC’s platform tools, when applicable

The Account Manager provides the knowledge, skills, and support to help clients with their services and allow them to remain focused on their core business. Account Managers help clients develop and drive successful campaigns based on VMBC’s extensive experience with voice & mobile marketing, campaign management services and data manipulation.

Some of the specific campaign development services provided include:

  • Assist in developing and refining high-impact campaigns
  • Submitting campaign ideas and proposals
  • Helping to create compelling consumer offers
