    VConnect™

Through our proprietary technology and strategic partnerships, VMBC has complete access and is fully integrated with one of the largest communities of carriers and carrier aggregators in the world. Our carrier grade virtual hub, VConnect™, is the gateway serving top tier retailers, television networks, movie studios and mobile marketing content aggregators.

VConnect™ is one of the world's largest delivery systems with scalable offerings across multiple delivery platforms and mobile content solution categories, including: storefronts, portals, premium messaging, standard SMS, content aggregation, marketing campaign management and community solutions. By offering these world class services, our network is able to create compelling user experiences and deliver mobile content services to companies seeking to leverage the emerging mobile channel, interact with consumers and build brand loyalty. VConnect™ Utilizes only SMPP to deliver your messages to users mobile phones. This offers numerous advantages over the SMTP protocol which is still utilized by a few small providers. The following is a description of these two alternatives:

    1. SMTP: Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, this is the same protocol that is used when sending an email. Some mobile phone providers allow broadcast messages through this protocol. Many have established blocks on broadcasts that are received via SMTP. The return address would be a typical email address rather than a website. The message delivery rate is far inferior to those delivered via SMPP.

    2. SMPP: This is now the preferred method of text messaging, where the message gets routed through our VConnect™ gateway that connects directly to the carrier. This protocol is also known as Short Message Peer-to-Peer. The carrier collects a toll on every message sent, which means that your customer is much more likely to receive your message. In addition, the short code enabled message allows two-way interactivity so that your customer can respond as well as receive messages.

The VConnect™ Gateway provides worldwide mobile messaging and content delivery to 2.2 billion wireless subscribers worldwide and the 220 million U.S. wireless consumers through all the major wireless carriers in the U.S. This includes direct connections for bi-directional mobile content delivery (standard SMS, ringtones, wallpaper, screensavers, audio, video uploads, etc.) and full integration for direct billing for premium SMS services. Our dedicated account managers respond to our client's day-to-day needs and ensure service reliability via a 24x7 contact mechanism.

VConnect™ manages and distributes millions of SMS messages with a capacity, speed and throughput that can scale to the maximum capabilities of any wireless customer. The VConnect™ gateway is the backbone of our VClient™ campaign management platform that enables VMBC to create, manage and report on all client campaigns.

We can also provide clients with the ability to access the VConnect™ Gateway through our VClient™ desktop interface. Utilizing VClient™, our clients can access the gateway through a web-based portal configured with proprietary client branding, access, campaign creation and reporting capabilities. Of course, any client may tie directly into the gateway by writing into our API's.

All of our carrier connections are via direct and secure VPN connections ensuring maximum reliability and service flexibility for clients.
