Organizational Philosophy

 

VMBC's Core Principles:

a.  Core Value - We are dedicated to retaining the entrepreneurial spirit of our organization whereby our team members enjoy working at our organization and are dedicated to achieving a high level of performance.

b.  Educate - We will strive to educate organizations as to the benefits of implementing our services and working with our organization.

c.  Clients - We will pick our clients carefully rather than having them pick us. We will drop clients that prove to be detrimental to our long-term mission, or are utilizing our services in an unscrupulous manner.

4.Research and Development / Intellectual Property

a.  R&D - We will strive to identify unsatisfied client needs that could benefit other organizations and would be deemed "best-in-class."

b.  Intellectual Property - We will further pursue protecting our intellectual property through various means such as copyrights, patents, and trademarks.

5.Financial

a.  Strategy - Our financial strategies and programs will focus on efficient procurement of products and services, efficient delivery of our services to clients, and establishing a method of measuring our success.

b.  Tactics - We will utilize debt financing only in a very conservative manner. We will only utilize outside equity capital if such capital can be raised with full disclosure such that we would be willing to put our own money on the line. We will avoid financial strategies or dealings that would be considered unethical or ill-gotten.
