Integrated Compliance Systems
Numerous rules and regulations govern the application of new media such as voice messaging and text messaging. VMBC's compliance track record is enviable with no lawsuits after over 10 years and more than 3 billion messages delivered.
Since 1997 compliance has been a key focus for VMBC's development efforts. Utilization of voice messaging is governed by Federal and State legislation. VMBC developed and integrated a system whereby our clients compliance departments can easily review and confirm our compliance processes and DNC processing methodologies. VMBC's Compliance Lock has been approved by outside legal council and is an automated system that based key criteria, will determine the type of data scrub methodology that must be used for any particular campaign. It then "locks" that compliance matrix to each particular campaign. Using Compliance Lock provides our clients with the assurance that they are maximizing their contact opportunity while remaining in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
In addition to Compliance Lock, VMBC has established processes and procedures to assure that all campaigns meet safe harbor requirements.
