Message Broadcast Regulations and Links
VMBC provides a variety of services that are intended to enhance legal communication between our Subscribers and their customers, prospects, employees, and business partners.
We prohibit the use of our services for any illegal or illicit purpose. As such, we expect our Subscribers to use appropriate contact lists and content, and to follow good business practices in keeping with that intent. VMBC prohibits the use of its services to distribute illegal, pornographic, or indecent material. VMBC does not provide any marketing lists but does offer various list management services, such as data storage and duplicate elimination. The Subscriber is solely responsible for any content and any list(s) used.
VMBC maintains an opt-out service that Subscribers can utilize so recipients can choose to not receive future transmissions.

The Mobile Marketing Association has created Committees in order to actively establish industry-wide, national and international best practices and guidelines for mobile marketing.
Each Committee has developed a set of action-oriented initiatives which they lead. Committee chairs and participants provide expertise and a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge that helps to fous and clarify each initiative and achieve results. Committee participation is a key way that MMA members help to shape the future of mobile marketing.
